Who we are

Advertice AI and Marketing Consultants FZ-LLC ("Advertice", "we") runs advertice.co. We build operations systems for businesses doing $100k+ a month. Questions about this notice go to hello@advertice.co.

What we collect when you book a call

The questionnaire asks for your name, work email, business name and website, monthly revenue band, role, where your admin piles up, when you'd want to start, and a phone number for WhatsApp or a call. We also record the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you clicked, so we know which outreach brought you here.

If you tell us the business is under $100k a month we keep the answers you gave so we can follow up when the fit is right, but we don't book a call.

How the booking works

When you pick a time, the booking goes into our operations system and a calendar event is created in Brad's Google Calendar with you as the guest. Google sends you the invite and the video link, and your name and email are stored in that calendar event. Your questionnaire answers are copied into the event's private description so Brad has them on the call.

The invite carries a link that lets you reschedule or cancel. Anyone with that link can do so, so treat it like a ticket.

Why we use it

To run the call you asked for, to prepare for it, to confirm it by WhatsApp the day before, and to follow up afterwards. If we work together, the answers become the start of your project file. We don't sell or share the list, and we don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and steps people reach, and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising leads to booked calls. Both set cookies and send your interactions, including a hashed form of the page URL and the booking confirmation, to Google and Meta. You can block them with a browser extension or by declining cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Where it's stored and for how long

Leads and bookings are stored in our own system on servers in the EU, encrypted at rest and backed up daily. Calendar events live in Google Workspace. We keep questionnaire answers for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them, unless you've become a client, in which case they're kept as part of the engagement.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@advertice.co. UK and EU visitors have these rights under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR; we honour the same requests from everyone else. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
